WILLIAM S. MOONEY, U.S. Marine CPL, passed away Sunday, 9 September 2018. Bill passed away at the age of 71 in Pattaya.  He enlisted in the Marine Corps in January of 1965  and served in Vietnam.  He earned  the Vietnam Service and Vietnam Campaign medals, attaining the Rank of CPL.  His funeral will be on Saturday, September 15. The time of the funeral will be at 1PM.  He will be cremated in Wat Pho Phin Som Pon, on Naklua road up from the Dolphin circle. Our condolences to his wife and family.
