Donald Lee Fowler, U.S. Navy, passed away Friday, September 21, 2018.

He passed away in Pattaya, Thailand. He was a long time resident of Pattaya. Don joined the post in December of 1993, and later became a Life Member. He enlisted in the Navy in November of 1963 and served in WestPac from January 1966 to January of 1972. He received the VSM and 4 Air Medals. Our condolences to his wife and family.
