Brian J. Dowd, U.S. ARMY/ SFC (Ret), passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. Brian passed away in the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Biloxi, Mississippi at the age of 65 of unreported causes.  He was a long time resident of Pattaya and Chiang Mai.  Brian joined our post in July of 2006.  He retired from the Army as an E-7 Master Sergeant.  He had numerous awards and citations including, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbons (Saudi Arabia) (Kuwait) and the Global War on Terrorism Ribbon.  The person reporting from Biloxi had no other information.
