Glenn P. "Jeep" Holthaus passed away in Pattaya, Thailand on Thursday, February 25, 2021. He joined our VFW Post 9876 on 13 June 2006. He served a 20 year career in the Navy achieving the rank of HMCS and his awards are as follows: Bronze Star with V, Purple Heart, Combat action Ribbon, Navy unit Commendation, Presidential Unit Commendation 2nd award National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service medal w 2 Bronze stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Good Conduct Award 5th Award, Expert Pistol Medal. He was a long time resident of Pattaya City and a devoted husband with his wife, Lek, of 33 years. Glen was cremated at Wat Chai Mongkol in Pattaya on March 7th, 2021, with Honor Guard and memorial services by VFW Post 9876.
